Sator Labs · Game Development

Games that turn a match into a story between friends.

We create multiplayer experiences that are easy to start, rewarding to master, and built with the community from the earliest prototypes.

Concept. Prototype. Playtest. Evolve.

In concept

The studio's next concept: Cherry Picker.

A block game where red, yellow, and green aren't categories — they're the same cherry at different ripening stages. Still a design document and a prototype, but it already has a defined multiplayer mechanic and a cast.

Our direction

We build for playing together.

Every decision starts with a simple question: will this create a great story for the people playing?

Social multiplayer

Mechanics designed to spark conversation, cooperation, competition, and the moments everyone talks about after the match.

Easy to join

Experiences that feel clear from minute one, with room to discover strategies and improve with every new round.

Built with players

Prototypes reach the community early. What works moves forward; what does not goes back to the workbench.

Development process

From the first sketch to the next playtest.

We work in short cycles to test the fun before multiplying the complexity.

Iterative development
  1. Concept

We define the fantasy, the core interaction, and why the experience is worth sharing.

  2. Prototype

We turn the idea into a simple, playable experience designed to answer real questions.

  3. Playtest

We watch real matches, listen to the community, and find where the fun actually happens.

  4. Evolve

We refine systems, pacing, and clarity before beginning another testing cycle.
